Wonderful family owned house in a quiet neighbourhood, but just a few minutes from Downtown, Coronado and other places of interest. The light-flooded house has beds for up to 6, one bathroom, a huge living and dining room and a well-appointed kitchen. We love the multilevel garden with the great view. The big kid's room will make your family vacation perfect. The space We have two bedrooms - one with a King size and one with a Queen size bed. Furthermore there's a Queen size sofa-bed in the living room. The modern dining room has an extendible dining table. Two high chairs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped. There's a new refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. In the kid's room you can find a children's table with chairs, a doll bed, play train, basketball set, paper and pens and a baby grip. We also providing you a folding wagon for your day trips. The lovingly applied garden gives you a relaxing space. You can find a big outdoor dining table under a canopy. A parking space next to the house belongs to the property. Sheets and towels are available in the house. As well as a washer, laundry rack and dishwasher. The house is equipped with a gas heating which is operable during the colder month. Of course you can use the TV, WiFi and soundbar. There is also a desk available. The location is in central San Diego. Just a few minutes from a lot of places of interest: - 5-10 minutes to Downtown with the Gaslamp Quarter or to Balboa Park - 10 minutes to the San Diego Zoo, Airport, USS Midway - 10-15 minutes to Coronado, SeaWorld, Mission/Fashion Valley, Mission Bay/Mission Bay Park - 25 minutes to Point Loma - 30 minutes to the Wild Animal Park The house was owned by our mother, grandmother and great grandmother Marta since 1969. Now it is on us to keep her own personality, her charm and her uniqueness at the house, while bringing it to the next generation. We are pleased to share this wonderful place with you! Guest access During your stay you can use the whole house and the garden. Please note that the garage is not for use, but you can find the washing machine there. Other things to note Please note that this is a non-smoking house. Also pets are not allowed. In respect of the neighbours parties and events are not allowed. We have prepared a "manual of the house", so that you can easily find all required information and details. Please note that our house does not have air condition.
