The space Our lovingly furnished vacation home can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, groups or guests with dogs. Vacations with horses are also possible here. A private riding arena, stables and paddocks are provided. 🏡 Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchen Living room with exit to the terrace Bedroom with direct access to the garden Bath Gym (shared with the second apartment) ⬆️ Upper floor (steep stairs connect both levels) Second bedroom with included cozy second living room with sofa bed 🌳 Outdoor & Leisure: Safe, fenced garden for children & dogs Pond with garden hut and jetty Campfire pit & stove for cozy evenings Horse stable, paddocks, riding arena Each apartment has a private terrace, garden and pond are shared. Horses and trainers may be on the premises. Bed linens are provided on site; you will have to bring towels. Guest access The garden area has its own terrace and a large trampoline for children. The pond, the garden shed and the fireplace can be used by both apartments – as well as the fitness room. Other things to note €25/night per horse incl. Hay to be paid on site. Coupling, riding arena, stables space for 6 horses available. Guest access The fitness room and the garden hut can be used by both apartments. Optionally, the front apartment can be booked for 6 extra people. In addition to a kitchen, bathroom, a living room with bar and billiard table, 3 more bedrooms with double beds, as well as pool and whirlpool are available. Thus, another 6 people could be accommodated here.
