Ideal for guests who value quiet beaches, greenery, and mindful living. The space The property sits on 1000 sq ft of land, which includes a garden and outdoor space. The house itself, along with the outside patio and chill-out area, is approximately 400 sq ft. The interiors are minimal yet thoughtfully designed, allowing the space to breathe without compromising on aesthetics. The home includes a fully functioning kitchen, an outdoor patio for relaxing, a dedicated work or study corner, and a tastefully designed bathroom. The ceiling is made of traditional Goan clay tiles, a design choice that helps keep the house naturally cool even on warmer days.
