Welcome to the lovingly renovated, former farm - a retreat surrounded by nature. The apartment can accommodate up to 4-5 people. There are a total of two bedrooms and a cozy sofa bed. The space The beautiful, former farm was extensively renovated in 2024/2025 and is located in an idyllic, natural location – the perfect starting point for cycling tours, hikes, day trips or simply to relax and unwind. A nearby natural lake is easily reached by bike in a few minutes. Excellent Swabian restaurants in the neighboring village can also be reached comfortably and quickly by bike via the newly created, idyllic bike path. The apartments offer plenty of space and have several bedrooms to give all guests a comfortable time together and at the same time to allow sufficient retreat space. The apartment (up to 4 people) welcomes you with a small entrance area. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, steamer and coffee machine. The kitchen has direct access to the balcony, a small dining area, a cozy living room with dining area to linger, a bathroom with shower. There are a total of two large bedrooms. For each bed there is a complete set of linen – consisting of a duvet, a pillow, a duvet cover and a fitted sheet. In addition, a set of towels is available for each sleeping place. All bedrooms are equipped with a modern smart TV and offer generous storage space for clothes and personal items. In the living room there is also a cozy sofa bed – ideal for offering additional guests a comfortable place to sleep. Electric shutters provide privacy and extra comfort in every room. General: Bicycles, strollers or similar items can be safely stored in the spacious hallway on the ground floor. The laundry rooms are also located on the ground floor. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for shared use. The room can also be used for hanging and drying the laundry. Included in the rental price: In front of the house there are numerous parking spaces at your disposal free of charge. Other things to note General: Bicycles, strollers or similar items can be safely parked in the spacious hallway on the ground floor. Please note that loud parties are not allowed in the property – we attach great importance to a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. We want you to feel completely comfortable with us – you are welcome to wear slippers in the house.
