Underfloor heating provides homey warmth during body care. A large bedroom with blackout ensures a good night's sleep. The living area is equipped with a new sofa bed. It is located behind the small kitchen with dining area and offers the best TV reception through the internet supply via fiber optic. If you love rural tranquility and still want to shop quickly by the sea or in one of the surrounding larger cities such as Itzehoe, Neumünster (large designer outlet), Rendsburg or Kiel, this is the place to be. Guest access The entire apartment as well as the terrace and garden are for your exclusive use and a separate entrance is available. Other things to note The washing machine belonging to the apartment is located in the laundry room, which can be reached via the Moorweg entrance (through the curved wooden gate via the inner courtyard). The Resthof has a total of 3 apartments, of which the one advertised here is one of the 2 vacation apartments. Therefore, please ensure respectful neighborly behavior and observe quiet hours. For long-term stays longer than 1 week: Electricity is billed separately according to consumption to ensure that there are not unnecessarily many light sources in operation - especially in absence. We are always available for advice on energy sustainability. The apartment can only be booked for at least 3 nights. For a shorter stay of 2 nights (e.g. on a weekend from Friday to Sunday) only on personal request. A single night is definitely not bookable - please do not inquire. Thank you.
