Note: The access road to the property has an 80% incline and is not suitable for sports cars. Two-Bedroom Apartment (5 guests) Spacious and bright, it is located on the first floor of the property and features a fully equipped outdoor area with a full sea view over the Gulf. The entrance opens into the living area, which includes a dining table, fireplace, a single bed with an additional pull-out single bed, and a separate kitchen with a TV. The master bedroom has access to the front terrace with sea view, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment also includes a large windowed bathroom with shower and bidet. Shared with the ground-floor unit, guests have access to a hot-water outdoor shower and washing machine located at the back of the building, while the BBQ area with outdoor sink is available on the ground floor.
