The Accommodation is a Studio Flat , upstairs . It has a kitchenette . With an Open plan area . Which contains a king size bed, a dinning area and a seating area, which contains a sofa bed. It has a shower room. Roughly 40m2 We are in Twatt, 5 miles from Skarabrae, and well based to visit the historic sites of the westmainland We don’t provide breakfasts . But we do however provide a welcome pack which contains breakfast materials The space We have a Studio flat available for rent. Its is a large space which is run by renewable heating system fed by a wind turbine. We also have wifi for guests to use with no charge. The studio has an open plan area, with a king size bed, a double sofa bed . A kitchenette . The kitchen has fridge and dishwasher. Also available are laundry facilities at the back of the house in separate building . The studio flat is upstairs and shares a communal hallway with the main flat Guest access Front Door, Upstairs hallway and the studio flat ( also a Laundry room is available outside if needed) During your stay We will be available if needed, either in person or via mobile Other things to note The Stidio Flat is upstairs (40m2 ) so this does not have disabled access. We do have a cat (she is not allowed to go into the flat area, she can be seen around ) The heating system is Air-to-Water, Run by Electricity. We also own a Wind Turbine, which generates electricity for the household consequently we do not have a separate charge for electricity usage. Wifi is available for free The house is in a good position for visiting the World Heritage site of the Heart of Neolithic Orkney. Also Ideally placed for Birdwatching as the Loon's Bird reserve is in walking distance, and Marwick head is a good place for seeing sea cliff birds in Spring and summer
