Comfortable, spacious 1 bedroom attached annex, built recently as a refurbishment of our 200-year-old home, My Barn The Stable is located in the village of Chelwood in the Chew Valley, close to Bath & Bristol, and is self-contained with complete privacy There is parking for 2 cars on our private drive where a gate leads to the Stable The property is on a single floor, with no steps and has an independent entrance door leading from its own private courtyard area with garden table and chairs The space The Stable has one double bedroom, large reception room with kitchenette area and private shower room. This is a light-filled area with central heating and Wi-Fi Guest access We will meet you and introduce you to the Stable, but if this is not possible keys can be stored in a secure key-lockbox outside the entrance door. Other things to note RECEPTION Entered through the stable door, this is a spacious comfortable area with Futon sofa and south facing window overlooking the private courtyard area, with kitchenette, breakfast bar and a smart TV. KITCHENETTE Compact kitchen unit, with hob, microwave, sink and fridge, well equipped with crockery and appropriate utensils. BEDROOM Spacious double bedroom with south-facing window overlooking gardens. The village of Chew Magna is 5 miles away, with 3 pubs and wine rooms. There are endless opportunities for walking and other leisure activities in the area, e.g. boating and fishing at Chew Valley and Blagdon lakes.
