Start the day with a coffee on the light-filled veranda facing nature, enjoy a relaxing moment in the outdoor spa with a panoramic view, or let yourself be enveloped by the warmth of the sauna after a walk in the forest. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes gentle and warm: sunset over the countryside, soft lighting, absolute calm, and moments shared over dinner or a drink on the terrace. In order to preserve the serenity of the neighborhood and the spirit of the place: • Parties and other events are not permitted • No party groups are allowed • The place is fully non-smoking • No pets allowed • Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 vehicles The accommodation is fully reserved for you, with the exception of a small back kitchen, a private area, and the garage, which remain closed. We will be available throughout your stay to support you and advise you if needed. Guest access The accommodation is easily accessible by car: about 1h15 from Paris via the A6/A5 or A4 motorways, and 1 hour from TGV Chessy Marne la vallée (Eurodisney). Nangis, Provins, and Montereau train stations are about 20 minutes away. A vehicle is recommended to take full advantage of nearby sites of interest (castles, walled city, state forests, etc...) Other things to note 🏡 Spirit of the place & terms of stay Our house is a place of peace and relaxation in the heart of the countryside, designed above all to accommodate families or travelers seeking tranquility. To maintain this atmosphere, we kindly ask that you follow these rules: 🚫 Unfortunately, no pets are allowed (for hygiene reasons: hair, allergies, fleas, etc.) 🚫 Parties and gatherings with friends beyond the registered number of guests are not allowed. 🚫 No party groups (e.g., bachelorette/bachelor parties or groups of friends) 🚫 No side-by-sides, dirt bikes, or noisy motorized vehicles 🚫 The house is completely non-smoking! It doesn't smell like tobacco.
