The village of Mundesley is an excellent location for a seaside holiday. It has a wonderful wide beach backed by a small promenade and a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Mundesley is a traditional English seaside village popular with day trippers and holidaymakers alike, without being too busy. The wide sandy beach ensures Mundesley is not overcrowded even during the summer months. Mundesley is an ideal base for long walks along the coast all year round. The house was originally constructed in the early 1840's using traditional materials; brick, flint and lime plaster. The flint and lime plaster is 'breathable' which allows moisture to enter the walls, which may mean uneven / flaking lime plasterwork from time to time. The ground floor Bi-fold doors open up the house to a decking area overlooking the beach. The first floor Bi-fold doors allow access to an elevated balcony with fantastic views out to sea.
