Guest access - You will be granted to use the place with no sharing with others. - You will be granted to use the Pool, Gym, Tennis Table, Sauna and steam at 3rd floor. - You will be granted to have one parking place at the basement and you can park for free at the parking area Infront the main reception. - You will be granted a free unlimited fast 5G internet access in the flat and inside the mall. - You will be granted to use the Kids play area near the sea, you can chill by grabbing your coffee and watch the kids playing around. - You will have access to Lagoona Mall located at Ground Floor within a 1 min walking distance, where shops, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants - You will be located between 3 fife Hotels, Grand Hayat, Rites Carlton and Madeiran Hotel where adults club, fine dining and night life, all within 2 to 5 min walking distance. - You will be located 8 Min walking distance from the Metro Station which connect you to Souq Waqif, City Center along to the Airport. the direct journey to airport from our station will take you 22min. and will cost you 2 QAR PP.
