The space The Place is a 4-bedroom apartment along with small room, located at 8th floor and viewing the Golf Course along with the sea facing sunset direction. The place consists of the following: - Master Bedroom with Bathroom-Bathtub (King Bed) - Second Master Bedroom (2 seperate Queen beds with Bathroom-Bathtub - Small bedroom with ( 1 Single bed) -Second small bedroom with 1 single bed - Living and Dining (The sofas can be used to sleep 2 Persons) - Guest Bathroom (toilet and small shower) - Kitchen. Note: - Please note we will provide beddings for only 6 persons, any extra bidding required is not included in the night price. It would be extra charge - There is a trolley at reception to help you self-carry your belongings - The Grocery Shop at Lagoona Mall - Carrefour - grant you to take the trolly to your apartment door and they will collect it later by their staff. Guest access - You will be granted to use the place with no sharing with others. - You will be granted to use the Pool, Gym, Tennis Table, Sauna and steam at 3rd floor. - You will be granted to have one parking place at the basement and you can park for free at the parking area Infront the main reception. - You will be granted a free unlimited fast 5G internet access in the flat and inside the mall. - You will be granted to use the Kids play area near the sea, you can chill by grabbing your coffee and watch the kids playing around. - You will have access to Lagoona Mall located at Ground Floor within a 1 min walking distance, where shops, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants - You will be located between 3 fife Hotels, Grand Hayat, Rites Carlton and Madeiran Hotel where adults club, fine dining and night life, all within 2 to 5 min walking distance. - You will be located 8 Min walking distance from the Metro Station which connect you to Souq Waqif, City Center along to the Airport. the direct journey to airport from our station will take you 22min. and will cost you 2 QAR PP. Other things to note We will provide you with a free cleaning once every week - Valid only for weekly stays. Additional cleaning requires extra fee. All requests (extra bed,beddings,extra amenities)should be informed by you at least 1 day prior the check in day. Otherwise we are not ble to supply.Thanks for understanding.
