A fully self contained 2x1 guest house located in The heart of the Swan Valley. Master bedroom has a double bed, BIR and security safe. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds. Sofa bed in living room for 2 more guests. Washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a walk in shower and basin. Separate toilet. The living area has smart TV, chaise sofa/sofa bed. Fully equiped spacious kitchen. Relax out on the deck with your favourite beverage and enjoy the sights and sounds of the country. The space Welcome to the guest house in The Vines! the perfect place for a family getaway or a relaxing couples retreat. The house is wheelchair accessible and contains grab rails in the bathroom and toilet for mobility assistance. The master bedroom has a double bed, safe and built in robe. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, toys, books and built in robe, the perfect kids retreat. We also have a single rollaway bed that can be arranged in the 2nd bedroom to sleep a third child (upon request). Toddler and baby items available on request (ie. portacot, high chair, change table, bedrail, baby bath, toys, books). The living room has a double sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 guests. The guest house can accommodate 7 people in total. Enjoy your favourite shows and movies on the 55 inch smart tv with netflix, disney, binge and all your other favourite streaming services. Enjoy playing board and card games with the family or listen to your favourite tunes on the bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, gas stove top, oven, cooking appliances and crockery. You can cook for yourself or go out and enjoy the local food scene. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and single vanity with separate toilet. Within the home is a hidden laundry with washer and dryer facilities. Clothes line, pegs and washing detergent provided. Enjoy relaxing on your private deck with your favourite beverage and take in the sights and sounds of the beautiful Swan Valley. Your car will be safe and sound in the attached double garage. The home is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans . Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Local amenities include The Vines Resort and Country Club within walking distance, as well as numerous wineries, restaurants, breweries and family attractions all within a 15 minute drive. Supermarkets within a 5-10 minute drive. Perth domestic and international airports are approx 35-45 minute drive (dependant on time of day and traffic). Guest access Guest house, deck and adjoining garage. Guests may use main entry gate to access guest house. Guests are not permitted to access the family home, back yard, front yard, all sheds on property, orchard or swimming pool. Please do not go into the bushy areas behind and to the side of the guest house for safety reasons. Snakes do get sighted in The Vines and often are found in bushy areas. Other things to note Please be respectful of noise. We live in the family home on the property and have young children. Please respect our privacy and keep noise to a minimum. We respect our neighbours and want to ensure our guests do not disturb their peace. We have a large family dog who is friendly, however we urge guests to not interact with out dog through the fence. Our dog will be kept in the back yard away from guests and we ask our guests not to approach the fences to our back yard. Our guests will be provided with a gate remote for the duration of their stay so they can come and go as they please. Any lost gate or garage remotes will incur a $50 fee to replace and reprogram. Unauthorised guests and visitors are not allowed without prior approval. No smoking or vaping please bring own pool/beach towels if planning to do water activities.
