This cozy house under pine trees offers all the necessary amenities and is within walking distance of two rivers, two lakes, and the Baltic Sea. The space In this 38 m² house, you will find a spacious room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, a small corridor, and an 11 m² patio. Two sofa beds available, for two people (sleeping area 140x200 cm) and for one person (sleeping area 71x195 cm). We can provide an infant bed on request, please negotiate in advance. This is a twin house, meaning you will have the entire space to yourself. However, please note that there may be neighbors behind the wall, and you might occasionally see them outside the house, as there are no fences between the gardens. The house is situated in a fenced and well-lit area. There is a parking spot right next to the house. BBQ is possible with prior arrangement. We can provide grilling equipment for an additional fee. During the off-season, the floors in all rooms are heated for added comfort. Let us know your preferred temperature, and we'll warm the house to your liking. Guest access You will have the whole half of the twin house with your own entrance, your own parking spot and a small yard. Other things to note We can provide rental bikes for an additional fee.
