Other things to note Convenient Online Check-in: We offer a fully contactless self check-in experience, supported by a secure guest verification process in compliance with Government of Kerala regulations. Guest Verification Process: Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a link to our Guest Intake Form. Please complete the digital registration and upload a valid government-issued ID for each adult guest. Arrival & Access: Check-in is available around the clock via a secure lockbox at the property entrance. Your unique 4-digit access code, along with a photo to help you locate the lockbox, will be sent by 9:00 AM on your arrival date once verification is complete. Check-in: From 2:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM Flexible Timing: If your plans require an early check-in or late check-out, please reach out in advance , we are happy to accommodate at no additional charge, subject to availability. Data Privacy: Your personal information is handled securely, used solely for identity verification and mandatory legal compliance under the DPDP Act, 2023. Security Cameras: For safety and property security, seven external security cameras operate 24/7 around the exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside the house. Parking: Ample on-site parking is available and reserved exclusively for registered guests. House Rules: ✔ Registered Guests Only Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. ✘ No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the house. ✘ No Pets We maintain a strict no-pet policy to ensure the property remains allergen-free for all guests. ✘ Pond Safety Swimming or entering the pond is strictly prohibited. ✔ Main Gate Security Please ensure the main gate is closed and locked after entering to maintain privacy and security. ✔ Kitchen Use Feel free to use the kitchen. Please keep it clean, litter-free, and wash and return all utensils after use. ✔ Care of the Property & Cleanliness We kindly ask guests to treat the home and its contents with care and respect, and to maintain basic cleanliness during their stay. We would appreciate the property being left in a clean and tidy condition, similar to how it was provided. Optional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of ₹2,000. ✔ Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to maintain the tranquillity of the surrounding area. 🌍Eco-Friendly Practices: We encourage all our guests to help us maintain a sustainable and eco-conscious estate: 💡Energy Conservation: The house has many external lights, which are not necessary during your stay.
