The space If you are looking for a stylish, quiet and at the same time perfectly equipped accommodation – be it for a vacation with friends, a relaxed break for two or a business stay – then you will immediately feel at home here. Even the arrival is flexible and comfortable: You can enter the apartment directly via the in-house underground car park or, if you are traveling without a car, via the main entrance to the third floor. As soon as you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by a warmly designed entrance area with a wardrobe that leads seamlessly into the heart of the apartment – the spacious living area with a combined kitchen/living room. Here you will find a harmonious mixture of elegant furnishings, high-quality design and practical equipment. The modern kitchen offers everything you need for cooking, including cooking utensils, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, fine spice blends as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of teas. The living room with smart TV and Netflix invites you to cozy evenings, and the designer sofa bed with high-quality mattress is ideal if you are traveling with several people. From the living area you can go directly to the bedroom, which provides a spacious king-size bed for restful nights. For business travelers or anyone who wants to work in a concentrated manner in between, there is a separate workstation with a large table, charging station and USB-C port. The windows are well insulated so that you can remain undisturbed even in video conferences. From both the bedroom and the living room you have access to the shared balcony – a wonderful place to enjoy your coffee in the morning with a view over the vineyards or to end the evening in a relaxed way. The old town of Krems, including the Steiner Tor, Kunstmeile and historic alleys, can be reached by car in about 5 minutes or on foot in about 15–25 minutes. The Wachau with its wineries and excursion destinations begins practically right at your doorstep. Sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth here: there is a spacious bicycle room that is ideal for bicycles and e-bikes. The surroundings around Krems and the Wachau offer some of the most beautiful cycling routes in Austria – perfect for riding along the Danube, gliding through vineyards and experiencing the breathtaking landscape.
