The Brambles ~ New to the farm

Iron Pear Tree farm has been family run for three generations. Restoring the unused farm buildings has been a labour of love for us, and we wanted to make sure that we provided unique accommodation whilst maintaining the history of the buildings. The farm is a working one, so guest will be able to relax and enjoy the country setting, as well as get to know our animals. Views out across the farm provide the perfect backdrop for a country get-away whatever the season. The space The Brambles is a beautifully converted wagon, which now stands on what was an area of dense brambles, giving it it's name. Its simple layout and country charm work well alongside modern décor and facilities. Sleeping two adults, it has a lovely spacious double bedroom, a living area with cosy log burner and gally style kitchen. The bathroom comprises of spacious shower, WC and basin. This Brambles, has a lovely secure garden with seating and open views across the farm which guests are welcome to explore & enjoy. **Please note** The Brambles is located towards the front of the farm which is accessed via an A road so there may be some road/farm noise during peak times. ~Max occupancy~ 2 Adults & up to 2 Children 5 years & under. Childs bed/Travel cot supplied on request. Please select number of adults and let us know if any children will be staying & sleeping requirements upon booking. *Please note* - 1 medium to large dog or 2 small dogs are welcome in the Brambles.( Dogs should not be left unattended in the accommodation) There is a fenced shingle garden, access to the farm & public footpath for walks as well as an onsite secure dog field. Guest access Access to and from the surrounding villages and towns could not be easier with our very own bus stop situated just outside the farm entrance. Just a short drive into the village is a lovely pub, and if you are looking for somewhere to eat there is a variety of pubs, restaurants and eateries just a short drive away. Guests can also access a public footpath at the very bottom of the farm which provides a lovely woodland/country walk into the village. Free onsite parking for up to TWO cars is provided right outside your accommodation. The farm is a secure site with access codes given before guests stay. Other things to note Please note: Guests have full access to the farm for country walks and stunning views. We do accept up to 2 children 5 years & under. A small travel bed is included in the property and travel cot can be provided on request.
