The house, originally built in the 1960s and already operated as a pilgrimage site at that time, was extensively modernized for several years until 2025. The property combines the nostalgic charm of old architecture with modern, bright elements and loving details. On 65 m², a stylish accommodation with private access and private staircase awaits you – perfect for guests who appreciate peace and privacy. The apartment offers a cozy living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with comfortable double bed, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels, kitchen utensils, TV and Wi-Fi are of course available. Enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains of the Mariazell region or relax in the large, freely usable garden. Despite the quiet location, you are in the center in just three minutes. A free and very large parking space is available right in front of the house on the private property. First occupancy from December – ideal for couples or small families seeking relaxation and nature. The apartment is located in a wonderfully quiet location, within walking distance of the historic center of Mariazell. In just three minutes you can reach local shops, bus stop and various shopping facilities – all within walking distance. Bakers and pastry shops, also located in the center, offer breakfast options almost all year round Discover the world-famous Basilica of Mariazell, cozy cafés, traditional taverns and small shops that invite you to stroll. Alternative indoor activities are also available, museums or various guided tours invite you to do so. In summer, numerous hiking and biking trails start right outside the front door, and the idyllic Erlaufsee is just a few minutes away by car. For families and active vacationers, the mountains offer a wide range of leisure activities – from the climbing park to the summer toboggan run to fantastic viewpoints. In winter, the region turns into a paradise for skiers, cross-country skiers and snowshoe hikers. In the evening, enjoy the tranquility of the large garden and the view of the impressive mountain scenery. Guest access In order to start the stay as smoothly as possible, I would like to give you some information: Check-in: Please note the times indicated, please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier. This may be possible. Key to the accommodation: Will be stored on site. Parking: Your free parking space is either right after the forged gate at the table. Please do not turn around in the property. In winter, I would recommend using the second access to the property. You will see the house when you drive on the main road between the cemetery and the gas station. There is plenty of parking in front of the house. Apartment: The apartment is on the 1st floor, above the stairs and then to the left.
