You arrive in the spacious entrance where there is a washing machine, coat racks and where you can leave your shoes. You go up stairs to the large living room. First, the living room with 2 3-person sofas, an armchair and 2 ottomans, in front of a 55-inch smart TV. The living room is bright thanks to the large workshop glass roof and its immense ceiling height. The kitchen welcomes you with all the necessary equipment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, fridge and freezer, percolator coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine and multi-pancake party. A large oval table for 8 people is perfect for friendly meals. There is a separate toilet on this floor. Also on the same floor you will find the master suite with a large 160 cm bed, a large wardrobe with a shower and sink area. By a beautiful spiral staircase, you arrive on the second floor. A walkway serves 2 new bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower and a double sink. The 1st of these rooms contains a large 160 cm bed and a dressing room. There is room to add an extra bed or a baby bed. The third bedroom can sleep up to 3 people in 3 beds of 80 cm, 2 of these beds can be combined to make a bed of 160 cm. Finally, this walkway also serves a private solarium terrace of about 18 m2 with unobstructed views of the rooftops of the village, the bell tower and the Gergovie plateau.
