A quiet, self-contained annex with private garden in Hastings, a short drive from St Leonards and two minute walk from the enchanting St Helens Wood. Set over two levels with a kitchen downstairs and a king-size bed upstairs, plus a sofa bed that sleeps two. The space is vibrant and styled with artwork by artist and designer Chloe Croft. Fast Wi-Fi and a desk create a calm place to relax or work. Around 10 minutes’ walk to Alexandra Park and a short drive to the seafront. Free on-street parking. The space The annex is a self-contained space set over two levels over our garage (which we rarely use when guests are in the property). Downstairs there is a compact but well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and everything needed for cooking simple meals. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and hob. Please note there is no freezer. Upstairs is the main living and sleeping area with a comfortable king-size bed, sofa bed and seating area. The sofa converts into a double bed, allowing the space to sleep up to four guests if required. There is also a desk and fast Wi-Fi, making the space suitable for working remotely as well as relaxing. The annex has its own private entrance and opens onto a private garden area with outdoor seating. The interior is vibrant and characterful, with artwork and design details throughout. The space is ideal for couples, small families, or guests looking for a quiet base near Hastings and St Leonards, with ancient woodland just a short walk away and the seafront a short drive. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire annex, which is self-contained and separate from the main house. The space has its own entrance so you can come and go freely during your stay. The annex sits above our garage, which is rarely used, so it is generally a very quiet space. Guests have exclusive access to the private garden and patio area directly outside the annex, which has outdoor seating. Other things to note The annex is set over two levels, with the kitchen downstairs and the main living and sleeping space upstairs, so guests should be comfortable using stairs. The annex is designed as a calm and relaxing space, so it’s best suited to couples, small families or guests looking for a peaceful stay rather than parties or large gatherings.
