To ensure your stay is pleasant, we ask that you observe a few points: Cleaning There is a final cleaning fee of €50, which is paid in cash upon arrival. Keys There is a deposit of €50 per person for the apartment key. This deposit can be paid in cash or via PayPal and will, of course, be refunded upon departure. Residential respect requirement We ask that you treat the apartment with respect and comply with the house rules as well as the standard legal provisions for vacation rentals. Ventilation Please air the room regularly and keep the shutters open during the day to maintain a pleasant indoor climate. ID / Registration Please bring a valid ID or passport. To register with the city, we need a photo of your ID. Accommodation Agreement Before your arrival, you will receive an accommodation agreement / guest accommodation agreement, which we kindly ask you to sign before check-in and return via WhatsApp. ⸻ Thank you for your understanding. Unfortunately, unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. Loss of keys If the apartment key is lost, we will have to replace the lock for security reasons. The guest shall bear the costs incurred for this. Cleanliness of the apartment We ask our guests to leave the apartment in a normal and tidy condition. If an unusually high level of cleaning is required, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
