The space A warm welcome to the new tiny house. Completion was in December 2025. Enjoy this tiny house including terrace all to yourself. Enjoy the magnificent view from the panoramic window into the Regnitzgrund, especially at sunset a dream. In the fully equipped kitchen you can take care of yourself, the dining area as well as the living room and TV are always in view. The dining area is directly connected to the kitchen and can also be used as a workplace. You have the option of a sitting or standing workstation. Sockets and Wi-Fi are provided. Coffee machine, kettle and kitchen make working pleasant. The house can accommodate up to 7 guests: The bedroom has two single beds in the size 80 x 200 cm which can be put together or used as single beds, a wardrobe and built-in shelf. The beautiful panoramic window makes the room pleasantly bright. The sleeping alcove on the upper floor has a ceiling height of approximately 1.50 m (4.9 ft) and is furnished with two single beds measuring 80 x 200 cm (2.6 x 6.6 ft) and one single bed measuring 90 x 200 cm (2.9 x 6.6 ft) (these can also be arranged individually). Furthermore, your personal belongings can be stored on the built-in shelf. This area is ideal for children or as a retreat. If required, the sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed in the size 140 x 200 cm. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet, sink, mirror and built-in shelf.
