It was completed in December 2025. Enjoy this tiny house, including the terrace, all to yourself. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Regnitzgrund from the panoramic window – a dream, especially at sunset. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can cater for yourself, and you always have a view of the dining area, the living room and the TV. The dining area is directly connected to the kitchen and can also be used as a workspace. You have the option of a sitting or standing workstation. Power sockets and Wi-Fi are available. The coffee machine, kettle and kitchen make working pleasant. The house can accommodate up to 7 guests: The bedroom has two single beds measuring 80 x 200 cm, which can be pushed together or used as single beds, a wardrobe and a built-in shelf. The beautiful panoramic window makes the room pleasantly bright. The sleeping alcove upstairs has a ceiling height of about 1.50 m and is furnished with two single beds measuring 80 x 200 cm and one single bed measuring 90 x 200 cm (these can also be pushed together individually). There is also space for your personal belongings on the built-in shelf. This area is ideal for children or as a retreat. If needed, the sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and built-in shelving.
