Welcome to Haus Seeblick, our lovingly furnished vacation home right on the idyllic Seeblick pond in Mengerskirchen in the Westerwald. You can expect a cozy living area with an electric fireplace and lake view, two bedrooms with high-quality mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a terrace. Children and dogs welcome, beach & dog beach (free entry for guests) just a few meters away. The property is for private use as a vacation home only. The space ✨ House & feel good On the lower floor, a warm, inviting living room with a warming electric fireplace awaits you – perfect for cozy evenings. A large dining table with comfortable upholstered chairs and views of the lake invites you to share meals and long conversations. The comfortable sofa bed/corner sofa offers additional sleeping options, and direct access leads to the terrace. Various board games are available in the sideboard for relaxing hours. 🛏️ Sleeping with comfort In the upper area, two cozy bedrooms provide relaxing nights: - Bedroom 1: Large 1.60 m bed with high-quality mattress, wardrobe, extra bed and fantastic view of the lake. - Bedroom 2: 1.40 m bed, also with high-quality mattress and views of the garden 📺 Amenities for cozy hours Of course, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, as well as free Wi-Fi, board games, and children's books, are available for you. 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen Our kitchen offers everything you need for cooking and enjoying: Stove, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, hot air fryer, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery – as well as selected spices and oil for the perfect start to your vacation. 🚿 Modern baths Right next to the living room: a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower, hairdryer, cosmetics, towel heater and plenty of towels. 🌙 Blackout & quiet All rooms are equipped with external roller blinds – for optimal sleep and pleasant temperatures. 🌿 Garden & Terrace In the spacious garden, with a fire pit and grill, you can relax wonderfully – whether having breakfast in the morning sun or enjoying a cozy evening by the fire. 🐾 Four-legged friends are also welcome For hygienic reasons, however, we would like dogs to sleep on the floor in the dog basket – not in bed, not on the sofa. Please do not let him do his business in our garden so that our next guests can also enjoy it. So nothing stands in the way of your vacation with your dog. And the best part: At the lake, you can experience the most beautiful sunrises in the Westerwald – a moment you won't forget in a hurry. Whether it's a family vacation, a weekend trip or a romantic getaway for two... Linens, towels, a small selection of cosmetics are of course included. Just a few steps away is the Wällercamp with the popular restaurant Camp Bernhards - Bistro on the lake with terrace and lake view, as well as an enchanting beach area with playground and beach bar. Our vacation home is not located on the campsite, but you are welcome to use the beach and the dog beach for free. Tickets are available from us. The property is intended exclusively for private use as a vacation home. Commercial stays and uses that are not for recreational purposes are not permitted. Guest access The house is available for exclusive use.
