Shepherd's View Lodge with private hot tub

Shepherd's View Lodge is a renovated barn in the scenic Derbyshire countryside, sleeping up to 16 guests. The standalone house has stunning views and Scandi-style light interiors, with 7 en-suite bedrooms. The modern, open-plan living/dining space makes it perfect for family and friend group gatherings. With a log burner and hot tub to keep it cosy over winter, and an outdoor terrace with beautiful scenery to enjoy in summer, the lodge is perfect for a relaxing getaway all year round. The space Shepherd's View Lodge has an open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. There is also a separate snug/games room upstairs, and a downstairs WC. Bedrooms: 6 x bedrooms with zip-and-link beds, to be made up as either twin singles or superkings 1 x family bedroom with a bunk bed and a bed that can be either superking or twin singles (sleeps 4). Outside there is private parking for up to 10 cars. The terrace has outdoor seating around a fire pit that can also be used as a BBQ, and a hot tub. Please bring logs. matches etc if you wish to use the fire pit/BBQ or the indoor log burner as these are not provided. The surrounding area are fields - please be aware if you have dogs that there are often sheep in the fields, and these are not securely gated areas. Guest access You have exclusive use of Shepherd's View Lodge and the hot tub. It also has a private car park and electric car chargepoint. Other things to note The property is dog-friendly, with a charge of £35 per pet, but we do ask that dogs are not allowed into the bedrooms or on the sofas. There is a dog-washing hose outside the house, for after you've enjoyed the many scenic walks around the area.
