This is a residential property, not an event space. * No pets allowed. * Maximum of 6 cars only. Any additional vehicles will incur a £200 charge per car and must be removed immediately. * Zero tolerance on noise. Quiet hours must be respected at all times, especially after 11pm. * Any noise complaints from neighbours will result in immediate termination of the stay and guests will be required to leave the property with no refund.
