Nestled in the centre of one of the South Hams’ most desirable coastal villages, this detached home offers an exceptional base for exploring the region. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and rear garden area. Other things to note Bedrooms: Bedroom three is normally made as a ‘Twin’ but do specify when booking if you require it to be set as a ‘Super king’. Bedding: Please note, all duvets and pillows are feather, we ask that you bring your own should you be allergic and advise us in advance. Young Children: The property is supplied with a stairgate and highchair but ask guests to bring their own travel cot. Pets: We welcome one well-behaved pet, please include in your booking and we ask that they are not left alone in the property or allowed on the furniture. Extended Family: Nestled along side we also have the privilege of being able to offer 'Wells Park Barn' which also sleeps unto 8 guests. Please enquire for further information.
