A most unusual Manor House
A most unusual Manor House
Description
A most unusual stay at a beautiful Arts & Crafts Manor House in the process of being restored. This incredible home was unlived in for 30 years but now it’s being brought back to life. It sits in 27 acres of nature right on the river with some of the most dramatic scenery of the Wye Valley on the grounds. The traditional wood fired hot tub is probably one of the best located hot tubs in the country, overlooking the Wye Valley from the top of the cliff. The space The house is currently undergoing a careful restoration so right now not all of the rooms are finished. However you have the run of the Manor nonetheless. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom up and running right now with more coming soon. It has brand new electrics and plumbing. There is a huge hallway and 2 large receptions rooms on the ground floor One is set out as a sitting room and the other is working as a dining room with the tea making facilities. It doesn't have a full kitchen yet but there is an induction hob, a fridge with a freezer box and a place to make tea, coffee and toast. Just to emphasise ** There is no full kitchen yet. ** Other things to note There is a completely separate flat in the old servants quarters at the back of the house that has its own entrance that is lived in.
