Luigi Farm - Apartment No. 1 (Louka)

Apartment Louka is one of our 4 apartments at the Luigi Farm. Up to 3 people can comfortably sleep on two single beds and a sofa bed. The room includes a kitchenette with a dishwasher and fridge, a fireplace, a TV and a separate bathroom. The Luigi farm also offers common areas - a garden with a swimming pool, tennis court, sauna (for an extra charge with evening operation), wine cellar and private pub. You can conveniently park in front of the building in public places for free. The space Large apartment with a sofa bed and two single beds that are connected into one. TV corner and dining table. Wardrobe. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and hob. Basic dishes available. Private bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Guest access All guests have access to the garden with a swimming pool. There is also a sauna in the garden area (evening operation for an additional fee and after prior reservation). They can sit in the common room - a private pub. There is also a private wine cellar available upon prior reservation. Other things to note Farm animals, dogs and cats are allowed to move freely on the farm premises (only in the outdoor areas). Please do not feed them!
