The Belago apartment on Lake Como is truly magnificent. The apartment of about 90 m² is located in Villa Belago, a newly built villa with a modern design, made with high quality materials. This luxurious apartment has been furnished as a true "home away from home". This duplex apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people. From any room in the apartment, you can enjoy a spectacular 180-degree view of Lake Como. The space The apartment offers: - On the second floor: a large open-plan living room of over 60 m² with a living area, a beautiful, fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom with a shower/toilet. Large French doors open onto a lovely terrace furnished with a table and two chairs for enjoying the outdoors. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed for two, if needed. - Downstairs: a beautiful bedroom with a walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom (toilet) and a sauna overlooking the lake, ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Bellano is a charming, authentic village on Lake Como, with small shops and restaurants. The apartment also includes a reserved outdoor parking space. General Terms and Conditions - Vacation Home: Welcome to our vacation home. To ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay, please read the following general terms and conditions. PLEASE NOTE: As the property is located in a natural setting and surrounded by greenery, it is possible that the occasional insect from outside may enter the unit. The house is professionally cleaned and carefully inspected before each check-in; however, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of insects. Support Services In-person assistance: Available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Telephone support: Available until midnight For any need or emergency, our staff is at your complete disposal during the times indicated. Check-in and Notifications: Standard check-in: 4:00 p.m. Last-minute bookings: For last-minute bookings (on the same day), check-in may be subject to change. Our team will do their best to ensure that the apartment is available as soon as possible. Mandatory reports: Any problems or discrepancies in the apartment must be reported within 1 hour of arrival to allow for prompt action. Waste Management – Separate Collection: To preserve our beloved Earth, all the municipalities of Lake Como have arranged for separate waste collection, which must be carried out in the following categories: Glass / Plastic / Paper / Unsorted Important: Garbage bags are provided only upon arrival. Any additional bags must be purchased independently by the guest (transparent, small size). Kitchen Equipment: Each kitchen is equipped with: Dishwasher gel (if present in the apartment) Laundry detergent 1 kitchen towel per stay Note: We do NOT provide paper towels for the kitchen. The service is structured to ensure autonomy and home comfort. The house is surrounded by nature, in a quiet and green area. Precisely for this reason, although it is always cleaned and carefully checked before each check-in, it is possible that some small insects may enter the house. This is a natural situation and unfortunately beyond our control, but we always do our best to keep the environment comfortable and welcoming for all guests. Guest access If you are traveling without a car, using only public transport, the apartment is located in a house on a hill, a 10-15 minute walk from the village, the train station and the ferry dock. Walking access from the village requires a reasonable level of fitness. Other things to note The apartment has been designed with the most modern energy-saving systems and with the use of renewable energy. The living area is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling, while the sleeping area has its own heating/air conditioning system; both systems are powered by heat pumps.
