Guest access Guests will only be able to access common areas on the property such as the living room, garden, private pool. Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours. Other things to note • Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room • As mandated by law, all guests above 4 years of age must carry a valid government approved photo ID showing address. Accepted IDs are Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence and Passport. • A refundable security deposit of INR 20,000 is applicable. • Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings. Management is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to valuables. • If the villa has a swimming pool, please note that it is unguarded and there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the pool. • Outside food is not permitted inside the villa. • The kitchen is not accessible to guests, except for infant food preparation with prior permission. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Inviting outside guests or day visitors during the stay is not permitted. • The villa is intended for peaceful stays. Parties and late night revelry are discouraged. Loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM. • Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed. • Alcohol consumption is permitted only in moderation. • Smoking inside the villa or rooms is strictly prohibited. • Illegal activities including possession or consumption of drugs or narcotics, and carrying weapons or firearms, are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these rules may result in refusal of booking or, if already checked in, guests may be requested to vacate the property without refund.
