Off to one side, a Euro-style laundry and spacious bathroom include a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and premium amenities. The serene bedroom is positioned for privacy and features a king bed, blackout blinds, a ceiling fan, and its own split system for personalised comfort. Outdoors, a private covered patio with a gas BBQ and dining area invites relaxed meals overlooking the grove. Wi-Fi is available throughout, and ample driveway parking is provided.
