Ours is a Super spacious luxurious standalone villa with all amenities and facilities to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one.. 3 luxurious bedrooms on the 2nd floor with attached dining and kitchen to accommodate 8pax easily. On of the room has a sofa cum bed. You have a spacious private balcony on your floor and a terrace with large swing for your early morning and late evening catch ups. We also have an additional small terrace. All our rooms are spacious enough and extra mattress can be provided as per need. In all our rooms Kettle is provided for your anytime tea/coffee needs. Washrooms have all basic amenities needed and are well equipped. Full-fledged kitchen available for use (extra charges of 1000rs per day usage). We also have an Inhouse cook and caretaken, 24X7 at the property, to assist you for anything you may need. Both 1st floor and 2nd floor houses have separate entrances. Your 3hbk space on 2nd floor has a nice view large balcony for evening and early morning sit outs Dining Area - Separate dining areas for both floor, private and attached. We have a common Terrace on top floor with Jhula swing, and one more small terrace seating on the 1st floor. Parking available separate for both floors. We have inhouse caretaken and cook 24hrs at your service and for anything you need... Kettle with milk/sugar/tea/coffee/green tea sachets provided in all 3 bedrooms. We have an inverter for back up. Natural pure drinking water provided in all rooms. Bisleri water available on extra charges. Room cleaning can be done daily upon request, no charges for that. Carrom and indoor games available inhouse. Reading books available. First Aid box always available at the property. Camp fire can be organized for 2hrs - 500rs extra charges. Depends on the weather conditions. Heater for room provided with extra charges of 400rs for 24hrs. Barbeque facility available at extra charges, 2000rs for 2hrs unlimited snacks, veg and non veg. Wifi available for use. TV with Wifi and DTH available in each of the 3 bedrooms.. Kindly note our property is Senior citizen and Infants friendly. We can help you to organize food for small infants, no charges for that. Washroom specific: Fresh Towels provided. Hand wash, Body soap, Shampoo, Dental kit and Toilet rolls provided. Washing machine usage available on request, extra charges of 500rs per usage. Food arrangements: Breakfast provided at 200rs per person. You can let us know our choice. Breakfast is as per your choice, we have an inhouse cook 24hrs in the property. For Lunch and Dinner: Veg the cost is 400rs per person Non veg is 600rs per person. In case you need to order from outside, we will provide you the menu and organize for home delivery. Cutlery and crockery provided inhouse. In case you want to do your own cooking, there are charges of 1000rs/day. (200rs BF / 400rs Lunch / 400rs Dinner). Masalas and utensils we will provide, raw materials you need to organize. Our caretaken will assist you to get the raw materials from local market. Fridge with Freezer available in the full fledged kitchen. You can use them to keep your items as per available space. KINDY NOTE for LONG Stays: 2 Rooms / 2Bhk If any small group or family is looking for a week or month stay near, we have 2 beautiful luxury rooms with mountain & valley view available: Long term stays: INR 7000 weekly (7 nights) 18000 per person (1Month) 30000 per couple (1Month) Full-fledged kitchen along with gas cylinder and utensils for self-cooking will be provided. Shared areas: Kitchen, living hall, and exterior. We also have a washing machine for laundry. Please let us know incase needed for long stays we will send you the link accordingly. Pet Rules: * We love furry friends. Just a few tiny house manners: * Please make sure they’re house-trained. * For hygiene, no hopping on beds or snuggling inside blankets. We’ve seen those puppy eyes, but we must stay strong! * Kindly bring their own bedding, bowls, and food. * And if you head out, please don’t leave them home alone - they miss you too much anyway!
