I will always be there to check you in to make sure you are all settled in comfortably. - Check in time is between 2pm to 11pm. ( So you need to confirm your exactly check in time with us before 9.30pm ) - In the event you need a late check in later than 11pm, please confirm with me before booking. - If you arrive between 11am - 2pm, we can allow you to drop the luggages. Cleaning takes 1.5 hours. CLEANING The place is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Bedsheets, quilt cover, pillow cover, bath towels, small towels and toliet floor mat are freshly laundered for your arrival. HOUSEKEEPING DURING YOUR STAY If you need extra housekeeping during your stay, it can be easily arranged for a fee. 1 day advance notice needed to specify your preferred time of visit for the housekeeper. During your stay We are available most of the time (except late night after 11.30pm till 7am – for emergency please call instead of texting). Other things to note - For safety, all electrical equipment and switches must be turned off when not in use. - The person booking should be the person checking in for ease of communication.
