It features 150 m² of living space and a 1,500 m² garden. 🏡 Inside, you’ll find all the comforts you need. Ground floor: - A large, bright, and inviting 60 m² living room with a large 6-seater sofa, a recliner, a large dining table, books, board games, a 55-inch TV, and a Bluetooth audio system. - A large, fully equipped kitchen with: A Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine A filter coffee machine A kettle A toaster An induction hob A conventional oven A microwave A dishwasher A high chair - A first bedroom with two 90 cm beds - A second bedroom with a 140 cm bed - A bathroom with a shower, double washbasin and a washing machine - An exercise bike - A separate toilet - Cool and comfortable in summer... Upstairs: - A third bedroom (“master suite”) with a 180-cm king-size bed, built-in closets, and air conditioning in the summer. - A home office equipped with an external monitor and high-speed Wi-Fi. - A bathroom with a double sink, a shower, and a toilet. - A fourth open-concept bedroom with a 90-cm bed, a reading nook, and a crib available upon request. We provide bath towels for each guest, as well as a hairdryer and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). 🌳 Outside, the large garden with fruit trees and rose bushes is fully enclosed and secure, making it the perfect place to relax. An open carport provides shelter for one car.
