The Bobbin Mill

Welcone to the Bobbin Mill. Downstairs is an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Head upstairs to a large bedroom and bathroom. There's air conditioning so you'll be lovely and cool over the summer. The garden has table and chairs for four, a BBQ, and an off-road parking space. There's also plenty of free street parking. It's suitable for up to three adults plus a child. The space The Bobbin Mill dates from the 1800s and has lots of character and also modern comforts. There's a fridge, freezer, two-ring hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The dining area has a table and chairs, while the lounge looks out onto the garden and has a settee bed and a 40" smart TV with Netflix. Upstairs there's a double bed and a bathroom with shower. It's open plan, although the bathroom is fully enclosed. There is air conditioning, which is wonderful for hot summer days. The Bobbin Mill is at the end of my garden, so I'm on hand if you have any questions, but you have your own entrance, your own place, and your privacy. Gildersome is a quiet village conveniently placed for Leeds, Bradford, and Wakefield. The village has a cafe, pubs, grocery shops, pharmacy and a restaurant all within a couple of minute's walk. It's a 15 minutes drive into Leeds, and there's a bus stop right outside for easy access to public transport. There are some lovely woodland walks from the village and the Yorkshire Dales are nearby. There's plenty of options for day trips, including Hebden Bridge, Halifax, York and Whitby. Guest access You have your own place and we share the garden. Other things to note Let me know if anybody will be sleeping on the settee bed so I can leave you extra duvet and pillows. The Bobbin Mill is not suitable for parties.
