This is the perfect base for anyone looking for a serene stay in the heart of the Lake District National Park. The space Apple comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests -Sleeps 4 -Bedrooms 2 -Bathrooms 1 -Dog friendly (1) -Garden area with furniture -Parking for one car outside the property The space Two bedrooms: one double and one twin. Fully equipped kitchen with a full-size gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge. Unwind in the lounge with a table and comfortable seating, a gas fire for cosy evenings, and a TV for entertainment. Apple enjoys views across Coniston Water and towards Grizedale Forest. Outside: Step outside to your private lawn area, furnished with a picnic table and a barbecue spot - ideal for enjoying al fresco meals and soaking in the stunning views. Included: Gas & electricity. Heating & hot water Sheets & Pillowcases. Tea Towels. Property Notes: The twin room is small and, as such, we would advise that it is only suitable for one adult or two children. Whilst sheets and pillowcases are provided. Guests must bring their own duvet covers and towels. Location: Spoon Hall Caravans offers easy access to Coniston Water, a haven for walkers and explorers. Discover a network of lakeside trails and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Lake District National Park. The charming village of Coniston awaits just a 10-minute walk or a short drive away, boasting traditional pubs, cafes, a fish and chip shop, shops, a supermarket, and a local butcher. The nearest pub, The Ship Inn, is just 100 yards away. Alternatively, reserve a table at Steam, Coniston's hidden dining gem! Guest access Apple is situated on a working Hill Farm, although the caravans (3) are set back and each has its own parking/outside area away from the main farmhouse. Guests must bring their own duvet covers and towels. Dogs are welcome and Coniston is a very dog-friendly village with plenty of pubs, cafes and shops where they'll be welcome. As a working hill farm, we kindly ask that dogs are kept on leads when outside/walking in the local area due to the proximity of livestock. **Pets are charged at £5 per pet per night
