The space LIVING ROOM At the entrance, a warm and welcoming environment introduces the living room where conviviality and comfort coexist: a large dining table, a desk corner with a chair for those who want to work overlooking the greenery, and a comfortable 3-seater sofa that can be transformed into a double bed for additional guests. The kitchen, completely renovated and equipped for every need: oven, refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer and all the small appliances you need to cook like at home. The bathroom on the ground floor has a window and a modern and functional shower. SLEEPING AREA A staircase leads to the upper floor, dedicated to the sleeping area: - Rosemary Room Double bed, dresser, open wardrobe and a view of a large rosemary bush that perfumes the air on the mildest days. - Balcony Room Double bed, large wardrobe and access to the private balcony overlooking the inner courtyard: perfect for breathing in the countryside as soon as you wake up. - Reading Room Single bed, chest of drawers and a small desk located just below the window overlooking the internal courtyard.
