The villa features two private king-size bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and hot shower, plus a shared living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, kettle, and cookware. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, Netflix, karaoke, and private parking for up to two cars. The villa stays naturally cool and fresh thanks to Puncak’s mountain climate — no air conditioning or heating needed for a comfortable stay. Extra beds, blankets, and pillows are available on request, and we provide fresh towels, a hair dryer, and an iron for your convenience. Your host stays in the third room to assist if needed — ensuring comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Relax, cook, and unwind like home, but better. Guest access Guests have full access to all shared areas — including the living rooms, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor space with mountain views. You’ll have two private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and hot shower. The host (me) stays in the third room onsite to help with check-in, local tips, or special services like cooking classes and private dining, only when needed — your privacy is always respected. Private parking for up to two cars is also available. Other things to note There are two refrigerators in the kitchen — one for guests and one for the host. Please use only the one labeled for guests. Some groceries and ingredients in the kitchen are for host use only. If you’d like anything specific, I can help arrange or order groceries for you. Please handle all furniture, electronics, and appliances with care — any damages will be charged fairly based on repair or replacement cost. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood, though you might occasionally hear sounds from nearby villas. Cooking and light BBQ are welcome — just make sure to clean up after use. Extra linens, towels, or pillows are available on request. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
