Borgo Salino C is a characteristic and welcoming three-story apartment in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 85 square meters (915 square feet). It features a private terrace, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be in the heart of Diso, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles). Borgo Salino C is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the patio without having to climb any steps. To stay at Borgo Salino C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the surrounding buildings. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex. Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; Wi-Fi Internet connection; linens and towels; electricity. Available for a fee, if desired:heating (when needed) EUR 1.00/m3. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out). Laundry room You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Patio The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and an external shower. Ground FloorLiving Room The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Kitchen You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window. Bathroom 1 The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through an access area. First FloorBedroom 1 You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the garden and of the other buildings. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bathroom 2 The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through an access area. Second FloorTerrace The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is equipped with an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding buildings. Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom The second bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
