150 m² gîte for 9 people The space This charming, spacious and functional gîte is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms and a sofa bed in an upstairs lounge, sleeping up to 9 people. Ground floor: A secure entrance giving access to a large courtyard, convenient for parking cars, bikes or motorbikes. A separate toilet with washbasin and storage unit. A large bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility, with queen-size bed, wardrobe and private bathroom equipped with whirlpool shower, hand rail, shower seat and modern, functional storage unit. A large 20 m² lounge with comfortable armchairs, flat-screen TV and storage cupboards. A large, fully-equipped 26 m² kitchen: oven, ceramic hob, food processor and everything you need to prepare your meals, with a large table and chairs for convivial meals. First floor: A relaxing lounge, with a library, some games and a sofa bed that can accommodate two extra people. Two additional tastefully decorated bedrooms, with queen-size or single beds depending on configuration, and storage space. Each bedroom has a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double washbasin unit and all toiletries. A separate toilet with washbasin and storage unit. Outside : A large terrace in an enclosed courtyard, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals in peace and quiet. Guest access Here are some interesting activities close to the gîte: Cellar visits and tastings: Explore local cellars to discover the secrets of champagne making and enjoy unique tastings. Hiking and walking: Take advantage of the many walking and cycling routes through the vineyards and countryside of Champagne. Cultural heritage: Just a 20-minute drive from the gîte, Épernay, the champagne capital, invites you to discover its famous Avenue de Champagne, lined with sumptuous facades and prestigious champagne houses. Don't miss a visit to the Champagne Wine Museum, where you can immerse yourself in the history and traditions of this unique region. A little further afield, in Reims, marvel at the majestic Notre-Dame cathedral, a Gothic masterpiece where the kings of France were crowned. Reims also has plenty of champagne cellars to explore, as well as historic sites that bear witness to the region's rich past. Sporting activities: Try your hand at activities such as rock climbing or horse riding for a dynamic experience. The gîte is located in the countryside, in a quiet village bordered by vineyards and fields, giving you plenty of scope for beautiful walks. A Neptune aquatic centre is just 5 minutes away, in Vertus. And if you want to have some fun, try the accrobranches (tree climbing) at Montmort-Lucy. Discovering nature: Just a stone's throw from our gîte, Mont Aimé invites you to immerse yourself in nature and history. Rising to an altitude of 240 metres, this emblematic site offers shady footpaths, perfect for walks with family or friends.
