Located 10 minutes from Majorda Beach, the villa is on an uphill road, offering mesmerising views of the surrounding hills and stunning sunsets from the room balconies and terrace lounge. Nestled in the heart of serene South Goa, Casa Sussego is close beaches like Benaulim, Colva & Betalbatim, while also being conveniently close to the vibrant city of Margao. Ground Floor – Relax & Unwind Step into a bright living room with a large smart TV, a cozy sofa lounge, and a handy powder room. Whether you’re streaming your favorite show or planning the next beach day, this space sets the tone for a laid-back Goan getaway. First Floor – Work, Cook & Recharge This level features a peaceful bedroom with a queen bed, full-sized cupboard, dedicated workstation, and a private balcony for quiet mornings. A washroom is conveniently located just outside. On the same floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for whipping up anything from a simple breakfast to a hearty dinner. Second Floor – Restful & Private Two well-planned bedrooms sit on this level, each with an attached bathroom, queen bed, ample storage, and a balcony for fresh air and green views. Perfect for families or groups who appreciate privacy. Third Floor – The Sunset Haven The star of the home—a charming sunset room that turns golden in the evenings. Enjoy warm sunsets, breezy conversations, or a quiet drink under the sky. It’s your personal viewpoint to unwind and breathe. Other things to note 🛎️ Check-In & Guest Policy • ✅ Check-in is only allowed after valid ID copies of all guests are submitted virtually (as per local regulations). • 🚫 Visitors are strictly not allowed inside the villa or complex. • ⏰ Early check-ins are subject to availability: • Before 11:00 AM – Half-day charges apply • Before 7:00 AM – Full-day charges apply ⸻ 🧹 Housekeeping & Linen • 🧼 Cleaning is provided on alternate days(Sundays Excluded) • Please request cleaning at least one day in advance • 🛏️ Linen and towels are changed every 3 days ⸻ 🚗 Parking & Security • 🅿️ parking for 2 cars is available at a designated parking lot just opposite the gate. ⸻ 🍽️ Meals & Cooking • 🍳 Breakfast, ingredients or a cook are not provided • The kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking, should you wish to prepare your own meals • Zomato, Swiggy & Swiggy Instamart deliveries are available for all Quick Commerce & meal requirements while you’re in the house ⸻ 📶 Connectivity & Entertainment • 📱 Mobile network reception is generally reliable, similar to most parts of Goa • 📺 Smart TV is available, but streaming subscriptions (Netflix, Prime, etc.) are not included — please log in with your own account ⸻ 📦 Accessibility & Assistance • ❌ There is no caretaker on site, and luggage assistance is not available 📦 Power Back up • There is power back up for lights and fans only
