The space This modern and stylishly furnished apartment is perfectly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has either a comfortable box spring double bed and a single bed or three separate box spring beds – ideal for flexible sleeping options. From the bedroom you enter the hallway with a large wardrobe and cloakroom. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub with shower function, toilet as well as free shampoo and shower gel. The bathroom furniture offers ample storage space for your toiletries. The spacious living room invites you to cozy evenings with a 55-inch QLED smart TV and board games. The single box spring bed in the living room as well as the large sofa bed (unfolded space for two people) offer additional sleeping options. From here you can reach the loggia with a view of the greenery – perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pans, dishes as well as oil, spices, coffee, tea and a bottle of water. There is also a large dining table for up to 4 people and an additional small table for up to 2 people in the room. Other household utensils such as vacuum cleaners, cleaning buckets, irons and fire extinguishers are available in the storage room. Your own parking space (No. 25) is available free of charge. The apartment is located on the Hohenberg, one of the most popular and central residential areas of Horb am Neckar. In just a few minutes – whether by car, bicycle or on foot – you can reach numerous shops and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity you will find EDEKA, Norma, the Globus hardware store, McDonald's, the Saur bakery and the popular Asian restaurant Kikoo. For a quick snack in between, there is also the Piccola with kebabs, pizza and more. An ARAL gas station and a gas station directly at the EDEKA are also easily accessible. Despite the central location, you can enjoy a quiet residential area with magnificent views of the countryside. In a few minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot you can reach the train station as well as the historic old town with its charming half-timbered houses, cozy cafés, bars and restaurants. Especially recommended is the "Beer Garden – Aussichtsplatte Rauschbart", from which you can enjoy an impressive panorama over Horb and the Neckar Valley. Horb am Neckar is conveniently located on the A81 highway and is therefore the ideal starting point for excursions to Lake Constance, Titisee, Schluchsee, the Erzgrube (Nagoldtalsperre), Strasbourg or Stuttgart. During the trade fair days in and around Stuttgart, our accommodation offers a quiet and comfortable alternative to the local hotels. Nature and hiking enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here: around Horb, numerous hiking and cycling trails invite you to take a variety of tours through the idyllic Neckar Valley and the northern Black Forest.
