Near Blois, Le Logis is a spacious and welcoming cottage, designed to accommodate families, couples or friends looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of nature. Use the wood-burning stove to create a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The first fire is on us. Additional basket of firewood: €15. A 2-hectare garden, a river and a pond. Le Logis offers quick access to the Châteaux of the Loire and the Beauval Zoo. A car is therefore essential for visiting the area. The space My place consists of: • Two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, for total comfort and real privacy. • One bedroom on the ground floor and one bedroom upstairs. • A sofa bed in the cosy living room, located on the first floor: shared bathroom with one of the two bedrooms. • A cosy living room, with a Smart TV: Netflix, Amazon, Canal+ access, with your own access codes. • A fully equipped kitchen, to prepare your meals as at home: Longhi coffee machine (beans). • A beautiful marble staircase, which brings a unique charm to the Logis. • A large terrace, perfect for having breakfast outside, reading in the sun or sharing a meal outdoors. For stays requiring more space or privacy, it is possible to add Le Refuge, a separate cottage directly connected to Le Logis via an internal passageway. This additional space provides a dedicated living room, a separate bedroom and a private shower room, making it ideal for creating a more comfortable arrangement for groups or for stays with several people. Guest access Guests have: • Private access to the entire Le Logis cottage. • The large terrace, entirely reserved for the gîte. • Free access to the 1 hectare garden, shared only if the second gîte is occupied. • The possibility of enjoying the river La Cisse on the edge of the property. • The private pond, accessible in accordance with the safety rules. The Logis offers a calm and unspoiled setting, conducive to rest and reconnection with nature. Other things to note • The Logis is located in the heart of a natural and peaceful environment: expect to hear the wind, the birds... and a lot of calm. • The garden, the Cisse and the pond are accessible but not secured, so vigilance is necessary for children. • The Wi-Fi works, but we are in the countryside: here, the connection sometimes goes at its own pace. • A second gîte is present on the property: it can be occupied depending on the dates, but each main outdoor space remains well defined. • The Logis is on two levels, with a marble staircase: this can be useful to know for young children or people with mobility difficulties.
