The light-flooded rooms with large panoramic windows create a warm, natural atmosphere. The open living and dining room with a cozy fireplace invites you to relaxed evenings while you look through the large window front directly into the garden and onto the terrace. Sleeping possibilities: - Bedroom 1: double bed (180 × 200 cm) - Bedroom 2: bed with pull-out (2 × 90 cm lying surface) - In addition: folding bed for 1 person Amenities include: - Hot tub in the garden (only in the cold season) - fireplace in living area - Underfloor heating in the entire living area - Large garden with terrace & fireplace - Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle and coffee machine - Wifi & Smart TV - Washing machine - Carport & parking in front of the house - 2 bicycles for free use Quiet location, only 5 minutes to the lake The fully equipped kitchen offers everything for shared cooking evenings – modern appliances, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils and spices. In the garden you can have breakfast in the sun in the morning, sit by the fire pit in the evening or relax in the hot tub under the open sky. Two bicycles are available for you to explore the lake or the spa district. Guest access Check-in is conveniently via a key box, so you can arrive flexibly and independently. Guests have access to all rooms of the house, including the terrace, garden, hot tub (only during the cold season), carport, and basement with washing machine.
