The UN headquarters is a 14-min drive away and the CBD is a 26-minute drive from here. It is only a 22-minute drive to Westlands. The space This apartment is located along Limuru Road where the embassies of most countries are. Having an early morning appointment at the US embassy or UN headquarters, it's a 14-min drive from here. There is CCTV surveillance, security guards, free parking, two private balconies, lifts, and a gym, among other amenities. The unit is a spacious one-bedroom house with a waterfront bordering one of the two rivers from which the Two Rivers Mall is named. You can relax on the bean bags from our private balcony and enjoy the view as well as the calming sound of the flowing river. If you enjoy nature, you will be thrilled to know that an occasional bird may come pecking at your window as you relax. 😉 There is also an accessible swimming pool within the premises for you to relax at. The apartment is right opposite the newly built Ruaka Shopping Mall, which houses various dine in and fast food restaurants, including Java and KFC, as well as Naivas supermarket, a grocery retailer that operates 24/7. Guest access Guests are free to access all the rooms and spaces in the house since this is an entire house listing. Other things to note We will provide you with a starter pack of essential items to ensure you start off with a comfortable stay. You can then replenish them for long term stays. Long-Term Stays: Since you'll be here long term, there's a chance something may need our attention. Please don't attempt any repairs yourself, no matter how minor. Contact us immediately, and we'll take care of it. 🙂 While we load up electricity tokens upon your check-in for your initial stay, we will provide the metre number and pay bill details for you to recharge any additional electricity tokens for long-term stays. I'm always available on phone and app to help in case of anything. We also do not charge a cleaning fee on the property for long term stays. As such, while we may offer to do routine cleaning during your stay, we'll equip you with all the essentials, including a mop, bucket, and a starter pack of detergents for you to handle routine upkeep at your convenience.😊 However, you can request cleaning services at any time at an extra fee. Please note that we will provide you with a change of bed linen and towels, specifically, extra bedsheets and towels for your long-term stay. Try us!😃
