The space Welcome to your mountain retreat! ❄️ I’m Roberto, and this is my cozy two-level studio apartment right in front of the ski slopes — the perfect place to experience the thrill of winter sports and the magic of the snow in a warm, intimate, and authentic atmosphere. Furnished in alpine style with plenty of wood and soft lighting, the apartment offers all the comfort you need for a relaxing or sporty holiday. On the lower level, you’ll find a welcoming living area with comfortable sofas and a dining space, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop (no dishwasher), and a bathroom with a shower. Up the wooden staircase, you’ll reach the loft area, featuring a queen-size bed and three single beds — ideal for families or small groups of friends. A ski box in the garage is available for storing skis and boots. The special touch? 🎿 From the garage level, you can access the ski slopes directly — no need to load your gear in the car. Just put on your skis and go! Book now and enjoy the comfort of stepping out your door… right onto the slopes! 🏔️ Guest access Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, while check-out is required by 10:00 AM. In Sestriere, waste collection is separated, and public recycling bins are located along the main road near the private lane leading to the building. Other things to note Each guest is provided with bed linen and towels. The apartment has hot water (produced by an 80-liter electric boiler) and a hairdryer. Next to the building there is a large square with free parking. A ski box is available for storing skis and boots at the end of the day. It is important to leave your shoes at the entrance to help preserve the small space where you will be staying for the week; slippers are available for all guests. Next to the building there is a spacious outdoor free parking area. A shuttle service to reach the center of Sestriere is available in front of the house about five times a day. In the village you will find a mini-market, a restaurant-pizzeria, a bar-restaurant, two mountain lodges directly on the ski slopes serving food, a Christian Catholic church, ski and boot rental services, and a ski school.
