Luigi Farm - Apartment No.3 (Barn)

The Seník apartment is one of our 4 apartments in the Luigi Farm complex. The duplex apartment offers one bedroom with two single beds and on the upper floor there is a second bedroom with one double bed. The apartment has a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. There are also common areas - a garden with a swimming pool and a court, a sauna (for an extra charge with evening operation), a wine cellar and a private pub. You can park comfortably in front of the premises in public places for free. The space A stylish duplex apartment that combines comfort with a rural atmosphere. Located in a quiet part of the farm, it offers the ideal setting for up to 4 guests. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen including appliances and all utensils. It also includes a modern bathroom, tuned to natural tones. The interior is created with an eye for detail – natural materials, wood and neutral colors prevail, which ensure a pleasant and warm atmosphere. Guest access All guests have access to the garden with a swimming pool. There is also a sauna in the garden area (evening operation for an additional fee and after prior reservation). They can sit in the common room - a private pub. There is also a private wine cellar available upon prior reservation. Other things to note Farm animals, dogs and cats are allowed to move freely on the farm premises (only in the outdoor areas). Please do not feed them!
