On 70 m² on the 2nd floor, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and is ideal for business travelers, fitters, families, cyclists, tourists or those passing through. The location combines tranquility, nature and excellent connections: Kellmünz train station is just a 3-minute walk away. From here you can reach Memmingen in about 10 minutes and Ulm in about 30 minutes. A beautiful swimming lake is also nearby and can be reached in just about 5 minutes – perfect for cooling off on warm days or a relaxing family outing. Restaurants and a village shop are within walking distance. Other shopping facilities (supermarkets, bakeries, etc.) can be found in nearby Altenstadt, which you can reach in about 5 minutes by car. ￥ Check-in Check-in is possible from 3 pm and is conveniently done by self check-in via a key box. You will receive the exact location and code in good time before your arrival. 💬 Arrival & stay The apartment will be fully prepared for you upon your arrival. In case of loss of keys, we reserve the right to pass on the costs for replacement.
