APARTMENT 2+2**** " Harmony Lux"

Our apartment "Harmony Lux" is situated on the ground floor of our family house. It is spacious (52 m2), tastefully decorated and totally equipped.In front of the apartment there is a terrace covered by awning and in front of it, there is a gazebo ,situated just near the pool.The gazebo is used only by guests using this apartment. Our guests have at their disposal our south sunny terrace equipped by easy chairs and parasols. South terrace and pool are at disposal of our other guests,3max The space Our home, House Katarina is located in Mlini, a charming village in the vicinity of Dubrovnik which is a favored place for all fans of peaceful holiday.The tradition of rent to tourist in our family has last since distant1965. During 2011 we thoroughly renovated our capacities and we are very satisfied with the results of last two summers expecting the same in the future. We focuse on quality of interior and offer. We have only two apartments accomodating 6-8 people so each of our guests is special for us. Our apartments are situated on the groundfloor of our house.They are surrounded by paved terraces and cultivated greenery. There are many trees enabling a refreshing breeze to blow even during the worst heat. In front of the house there is a large and safe parking,illuminated by public lighting during whole night, Just near the entrance to our garden there is a grocery-shop, which, among other things, offers fresh food and vegetables every day. In front of the parking there is a bus-station with regular connections with Dubrovnik and Cavtat. There are two types of beaches in vicinity of us - those with finer sand in Srebreno or snowwhite beaches covered with pebble in Mlini, Kupari and Plat, There is a nice promenade along the sea which connects Mlini with Srebreno and Kupari.First sandy beach is only 5-6 minutes walk away from us. In our vicinity there are several cosy restaurants offering a variety of dishes. There are different events to see during summer - evenings in Mlini- like folklore and singing performances. Tourists also watch very gladlythe matches of our local water polo team. Mlini is really typical mediterranean place -peceful and sleepy during the winter, but vivid and colorful in the summertime. Local people are mostly involved in tourism and fishing. In the local port you can hire a boat and visit and explore three small islands - Supetar, Mrkan and Bobara. There is also a regular boat-line which connects Mlini with beautiful, historic town Cavtat and Dubrovnik tohether with its pearl, island Lokrum.Also, local small shippers organize daytrips (fishpicnic) to Elafiti, archipelago in the vicinity of Dubrovnik which is well known for its natural and historic attractions. ABOUT OUR APARTMENT: Our apartment "Harmony"**** consists of a kitchen (17 sq.meters), a large livingroom/bedroom(20 sq.meters) with terraces in front of it, a separate bedroom(10 sq.m) and a bathroom with shower(4,5 sq.meters) with laundry-machine inside. Total area is about 52 sq.meters. It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. WElcome! Guest access Our apartment Harmony is situated on the ground floor and our guests are welcome to use the terrace in front of it, a gazebo near the pool and a large south terrace. The pool and the south terrace are available to guests from another apartment (2-3). Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for parties or creating excessive noise. Other things to note The specificity of our accomodation is the abundance of greenery and the terraces, our guests really enjoy that.
