The space We welcome you to this duplex that we have renovated in a beautiful townhouse, in one of the last ramparts of the old town of Annonay, La Tour Colonjon. On the ground floor you will find an entrance with 1 toilet, 1 living room of 40 m² and 1 fully equipped kitchen overlooking an indoor terrace and a swimming pool. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: the pink bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a baby bed, the blue bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Free Wi-Fi. Easy street parking or on the Champ de Mars. Guest access If we are away, we will provide you with the key box code to arrive and leave independently. Other things to note The pool and outdoors are shared with a second home. The pool will be closed from 9 p.m. The cottage is in the middle of town. We ask our tenants to be discreet and respectful of other tenants. Possibility of renting both cottages (total 8 people). The cleaning will be done by you upon your departure, we provide all the appropriate equipment for this.
